Pop-Up Class: The Art of Making Bread In-Person
Good bread warms both the heart and the soul. This beginners’ class shows you just how easy it is to make your own bread. It also explores why it is probably a good idea to make our own bread, rather than purchasing the bread-like products available at the store. This class is capped at 12 participants, and will be held in Loyola's Donnelly Science Building. Led by Andrew Schoeffield.
